We started off our third day heading out to Epcot Center. This turned out to be one of the least interesting places for the girls as there was not much there for them. However, this was the first time we got to ride the monorail, which they were both excited about since spotting it when we drove in the park the first day. The first stop in Epcot was an aquarium with Nemo and friends as the theme. Immediately before that however, the girls had a chance to pose with Daisy Duck, which Kara decided not to do. The aquarium was great since it had a dolphin, a large tank with sharks, and also a sea turtle. There were also some other smaller tanks that had seahorses, clown fish, and even cuttlefish.
We then walked around the various "countries" they had sectioned off around Epcot. The only thing the girls liked about this was the Eiffel Tower look-a-like in the French area. We stopped fur lunch in the Italian area and had some amazing pizza while talking with our wait staff that was actually from Italy.
After returning to the hotel for a quick recharge, we went back to the downtown area to visit the Lego store. We bought a lot of stuff for the girls here as they are both very much into Legos just like I was as a kid. They also rode the merry-go-round there with Kara riding on top of one of the horses!
